Pale gold in colour with a lively, floral aroma yet heavy on the palate, this Swiss Chardonnay is above all a dinner wine that goes well with fish in sauce, shellfish and cheese.
A touch of acidity sustains the character of this vine with the fullness of flavour gains in complexity after being aged for two to three years.
